§ 1. General Provisions

These Terms of Sale set out the rules for placing orders, entering into and performing sales contracts, delivery, payment, complaints, withdrawal from the contract, and use of the voluntary "Lifetime Warranty" for products offered under the Zdunek Knives brand.

The Seller and owner of the ZdunekKnives.com website is Revasdomo sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw at ul. F. Klimczaka 17 lok. 80, 02-797 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Polish register of entrepreneurs (KRS) under number 0000352727, NIP: 5213559751, REGON: 142330760, email: info@revasdomo.pl, phone: +48 608 432 705, hereinafter the "Seller."

A Customer may be a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit with legal capacity. A Customer who is a natural person, by placing an order, represents that they are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity, unless entering into the contract to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Products offered by the Seller include, in particular, ready-made handmade knives and knives made to the Customer's individual order.

Information presented on the site, in catalogs, on social media, or in business correspondence does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into a contract.

These Terms are made available to the Customer free of charge before the contract is concluded, in a way that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and saved.

§ 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Business days — Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Poland.

Customer — the party placing an order or entering into a contract with the Seller.

Consumer — a natural person entering into a legal transaction with the Seller that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Privileged entrepreneur — a natural person running a business who enters into a contract directly related to that business, where the content of the contract shows that it does not have a professional character for that person, as determined in particular by the nature of their business as registered in the Polish CEIDG register; such a Customer is treated under these Terms as a Consumer to the extent required by mandatory law.

Ready-made product — a product that has already been made and is available for sale without requiring personalization or production to the Customer's individual specification.

Custom product — a non-prefabricated product made to the Customer's specifications or intended to meet their individualized needs.

Contract — a sales contract entered into between the Seller and the Customer.

Durable medium — material or a tool that allows the Customer to store information in a way accessible for future reference for a period appropriate to the purpose of that information.

§ 3. Contacting the Seller and Required Information

The Customer may contact the Seller via:

   traditional mail sent to the Seller's registered address.

Before the contract is concluded, the Seller provides the Customer with, in particular, information about:

   the main characteristics of the ordered product;

   the total price of the product or how it will be calculated, if the nature of the product doesn't allow it to be reasonably assessed in advance;

   delivery costs, customs duties, import taxes, and other costs charged to the Customer, where applicable or where they cannot reasonably be calculated in advance;
