2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, took possession of the goods.

For a contract covering multiple items delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you took possession of the last item, batch, or part.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement.

You may submit your statement in particular:

• in writing, sent to the Seller's registered address, by email to info@revasdomo.pl,

• using the model withdrawal form, although using the form is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period described above expires.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from a delivery method you chose other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller.

The refund will be made promptly, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item back, or until you have supplied proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.

5. Returning the Item

You should send back or hand over the item promptly, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the 14-day period has expired.

You are liable only for the value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

6. When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply in cases provided for by law, in particular contracts for a non-prefabricated item manufactured to the Consumer's specifications or intended to meet the Consumer's individualized needs.

This means the right of withdrawal generally does not apply to custom knives made to individual order.

The right of withdrawal does apply to ready-made products available in the Seller's standard offering, unless another statutory exception applies in a given case.

This notice supplements the Terms of Sale for ZdunekKnives.com. Matters not covered by this document are governed by the Terms of Sale and by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

The Seller recommends keeping proof of shipment of a returned item, or of sending an email containing your withdrawal statement.
