Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n<p>The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, took possession of the goods.<\/p>\n\n<p>For a contract covering multiple items delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you took possession of the last item, batch, or part.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement.<\/p>\n\n<p>You may submit your statement in particular:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in writing, sent to the Seller's registered address,\nby email to info@revasdomo.pl,<\/li>\n\n<li>poczt\u0105 elektroniczn\u0105 na adres: info@revasdomo.pl,<\/li>\n\n<li>using the model withdrawal form, although using the form is not mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period described above expires.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4. Effects of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from a delivery method you chose other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller.<\/p>\n\n<p>The refund will be made promptly, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.<\/p>\n\n<p>We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.<\/p>\n\n<p>We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item back, or until you have supplied proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>5. When the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply in cases provided for by law, in particular contracts for a non-prefabricated item manufactured to the Consumer's specifications or intended to meet the Consumer's individualized needs.<\/p>\n\n<p>This means the right of withdrawal generally does not apply to custom knives made to individual order.<\/p>\n\n<p>The right of withdrawal does apply to ready-made products available in the Seller's standard offering, unless another statutory exception applies in a given case.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>7.
